Open Question: I got a Louis Vuitton watch as a gift..I am not sure it is real..?

The watch is in perfect condition and on the back the leather straps write genuine leather, the date of the watch is inscripted and there is absolutely no errors.there are other codes and inscriptions that write lv, stainless steel, swiss made and stuff. It also feels pretty heavy and sturdy. I do not want to go to a jewelery store and be embarresed if it is fake. Please let me know if it is real.

Open Question: Can a store ban a mom who courteously shops in their store & spends a lot of money but resells some on ebay?

I have shopped in a Pottery Barn Kids Outlet store in Lancaster, PA, about 5 times this year. I bought things there for my new home for my 6 kids and also gifts. I also bought clearance items and reduced items to sell on ebay to offset my purchases and rising costs in our family--gas, food, etc. because I am a stay at home mom. The last time I was in the store and made a purchase (about $800), the manager followed me and my 8-week old baby out and said she was no longer going to sell to me because she "had reason to believe that I re-sell" (which is not illegal by the way). The most I ever bought of the same items was 8 and they were crib skirts that were on clearance for .50! I can understand businesses banning disruptive, rude customers, or shoplifters, but banning someone who shops there once a month and spends between $300-$900 in a shopping trip getting rid of cheap stuff they can't sell doesn't seem to qualify banning! I wish there was something I could do! I've contacted PBK and Williams-Sonoma (mom company) through their "contact us" on the websites. I haven't heard back from them. I also did some digging and they have a "policy". Their policy is not to sell to anyone who is probably re-selling their merchandise. So they are allowed to guess who's doing it and ban them. Some PBK outlets are enforcing the policy and seems like some aren't.

Open Question: My Daughter Hates Us?

My daughter is 29, she has 3 kids, ages 10, 6 and 1. We have always done for her and the grandkids, at christmas we receive them ALOT, but she tells us when to bring the presents, if anyone is there we have to wait till they are gone to give them thier gifts,no one is to look what we give them. We always take them school shopping, this year a pal of mine and I were talking about when we would take them school shopping, my daughter called my pal and said "I want to receive the story straight" my Mom does not receive the kids school supplies....I always have. every but maybe 3 pieces of furniture in our daughters home we bought. Our son in law tells her she is wrong to treat us like she does. What can I do? How do I fix this? Is she just spoiled beyond fixing? How can I still do for the grandkids and leave her out? I don't care who knows what we receive them...would just like some thanks every now and then. to julieC..I do take my daughter to the spa, I receive her nails done and a pedicure, I have bought her entire rooms of furniture, I do no toss it up in her face I buy it then never mention it again. Thats my point, I don't mention it but she makes it a point to call people and tell them how much we DON't do for her. I even label the presents we receive from santa not Nanny and Poppy. We pay there electric bill every month, we try to help them and receive clip down. We adore them and try to make easier for them. I give her space, every I ask is for not to degrade me.

Open Question: Issues with a reoccurring dream question: Why am I not able to buy Christmas Gifts in time for Christmas?

Resolved Question: Chriatian/Arabic Tattoo: "Power" (Influencial) issue...Tattooed persons only?

I now have 8 tats. Yesterday, I went to that tat store and got “Power” in Arabic tatt’d on the top of my left wrist. The watch covers it (I work in an office). I got it mainly because I am Christian, and I like to study the history of my faith. Our Christ was born in what was then, Palestine. I believe, based on my research, that Christ knew/understood Arabic. I not only picked the word ‘Power’ b/c it was up in the store, but also because I feel that I have influential power to do well in this world, which I can define as one of my most apparent gifts. My fam doesnt believe in tats (old fashioned). I am 21 yrs old, and half of my tattoos are covered so they do not know of every of them. I don’t regret getting the tat, but I feel bad. So, I developed a crush on this girl who works close me. I've seen her almost every morning for the past two weeks. Friday, I went in as usual and asked for my usual morning coffee. Well for the first time she holds onto my credit card after I turn in my order and she sees that I didn't sign my card but instead have "look Id" on the back. Resolved Question: Help with dad problems?

I feel like my dad doesn't like me because I'm too much like my mom. Personality wise, he is very much like my older sister (she's 18, im 15) and he spends a lot of time with her. When she was 15/16 he gave her a job web designing at his job. He gives her gifts, takes her on trips if he has to travel for work, etc. He never does anything like this for me. I understand there are different situations, but I feel like I never receive to spend time with him. Whenever we are together (our day at the movies or something) he is almost always talking about something he'd like to do with my sister, or if we're shopping, he'll only pick out things that he thinks she'd like, even though I'm the one with him. If the three of us go out together, he'll completely ignore me and just focus on my sister. He also treats me like the older one, for example, if my sister doesn't do her chores, I receive in trouble because, well, idk. I guess I'm supposed to look after her or something. What should I do? I've also tried talking with him but he denies that he does anything like that.

Open Question: What to expect from a potential bipolar partner?

I met this guy from online. We dated for a few months. He told me he's bipolar and is unable to adore. He told me he is broke, so I started buy him some gifts to make him feel better. Now I am just sleepy and need like a normal partner. Yet, there is a tiny part of me that feels guilty about walking away. I adore him but his mood swings really confuses me and bothers me. He constantly hides from me too. He only started answer my calls after I break up with him. When we were together, he always complains that I am calling too much. I call him like once a week if that. How should I make of this.

Resolved Question: What should i buy my daughter for her birthday?

My daughter will be ten on the 30th of July. I am really stuck for ideas as she has pretty much everything she wants. Voting Question: Is Greendog label kids clothes (macys) a good brand?

Well i bought some what looks like cute toddler tops online from a US store (although hasnt arrived yet), the label is Greendog which i now is sold at Macys, now its meant to be a gift to someone who actually is from USA but living in Australia like me. I just want to first check, is this label something that is considered good, as in, not on the level of Ralph Lauren i know, but a decent label (i.e. not cheap?). Resolved Question: UK wedding evening reception dress and gift one weeks notice please help!!!?

Voting Question: Anyone else ever grown a tronquito?

A tronquito is one of those tiny log things you buy in Spanish gift shops. They are covered in wax and you scrape it off one end, stand that end in water and hopefully it will sprout branches. Well mine has sprouted four, and looks very healthy, but I'd like to know if I can eventually receive it out of a bowl of water and into soil. It has some odd white lumps around the bottom end now and I'm wondering if they are the beginnings of roots. Anyone else ever bought one of these things and stuck with it? Incidentally, the word tronquito can mean either a tiny log or a bull's penis, depending on whether you are gardening or cooking.

Voting Question: How To Keep My Wife Busy!? (Sewing Machine Question)?

So...My wife makes TONS of things, but her main thing is clothes. She makes these pretty dresses and i just adore them. Sometimes we'll go shopping for fabric and she'll let me pick out a few fabrics and paterns i like on her and she'll make something amazing. Now i want her to make me something. She's made a few buttondowns and hoodies and the came out really chilly. Plus she just looks cute when she's busy and concentrating! Only the thing is, her old sewing machine died out on her. To me it looked pretty tiny and not so good. So as a gift, and a good trade off i want to receive her a new sewing machine. But im a guy and im clueless, but im willing to spend whatever. She's been sewing for a long time. Like i said, she makes dresses, hoodies, blazers, coats, major stuff like that. Know any good ones?
